Proposed solution: require that alpha be preserved in the captured 
MediaStreamTrack, but note that some sinks will not be able to use the
 alpha channel.  For example, this might be true for WebRTC because 
the encodings don't consider alpha to be important (it's supported in 
the bitstream of some).
