@jan-ivar that's because you persist in using the term "permission" 
both for permissions that are the result of the UA divining the user's
 intention (the thing the permissions spec talks about) and the 
ability to open the device.

As I said on another thread, I've tried to not do that, because it 
left me confused even when I wrote the text myself. So instead, I 
removed the word "permission" when I was not talking about the thing 
the permissions spec talks about.
