@foolip as I may have mentioned, one thing that was on the radar when 
we did the design was

 That document proposes that only the top-level origin would be shown 
in any permission request UI (even if the actual gUM call is in an 
iframe of a different origin). It sort of makes sense to me, but then 
you really need explicit permission delegation (`allowusermedia`).
