@miguelao if the "user expects to see the effects in order to iterate towards a solution", that means he's modifying the mediastreamtrack that shows in his "viewfinder" video element, not the photos he's going to take. In that case, you should be specifying additional constraints that can be applied to a mediastreamtrack.
