@gmandyam From your link, that debate seemed to be mostly about 
getting it into the Media Capture 1.0 spec. I see no reason the 
imageCapture spec, being an extension spec, can't define `zoom` as a 
track constraint.

The way zoom is defined right now seems broken and needs to be fixed, 
which is more urgent than a "revisit next version" thing IMHO.
