== Remove Web Audio section ==
This addresses #46, #48 and #58.
The Web Audio bits should be part of the Web Audio spec in order to 
avoid monkeypatching.
Moreover, there seems to be disagreement among Web Audio owners about 
how to support nondefault audio devices, especially with regards to 
device switching. Resolving these differences is better done directly 
in the Web Audio spec.
