I suppose the first engine that tries to disallow `getUserMedia()` in (cross-origin?) iframes will have to decide on the opt-in mechanism, and it'll depend on whether it already has the Permission Delegation API or something similar at that point. Is it acceptable that `allowusermedia` is required even on same-origin iframes?
