ODRL 3.0 (APAC engagement)

Hi,

 

Good acceptance from a couple of people in APAC and some EU, with a couple of tickets opened over the weekend too, but not enough quorum to kickstart.

 

Hopefully, the later schedule will bring more people to an active discussion.
