FISD Webinar Considerations

We met to discuss presenting a webinar to the wider industry under the auspices of FISD. Here are some notes from the meeting:

  *   We talked about using video to efficiently provide some background on automated rights management (which could also be sent out prior to the meeting) and to summarise a couple of demos.
  *   For the drama, we'd like to do one live demo.
  *   Our key objective, after demonstrating the reality of digital rights, is to have our audience think about where in their organisations rights automation could make a significant difference.
  *   To that end, and although time is tight, we'd like to continue our tradition of taking votes.
  *   Finally, the group expressed a strong preference for June.

On a follow-up call with David @ FISD, he suggested we might hold a debate with a rights-automation sceptic. I was quite taken with the idea.
