New GitHub pages for new terms

Hi,

I've set up four new GitHub pages:

  1.  For the data type taxonomy (e.g. exchange data, research data, ...): https://github.com/w3c/market-data-odrl-profile/blob/gh-pages/DataTypesTaxomony.md
  2.  For new activity terms: https://github.com/w3c/market-data-odrl-profile/blob/gh-pages/NewActivityTerms.md (n.b. I've called these activities rather than actions as some of these concepts may be purposes rather than actions. Activities covers them both.)
  3.  For new constraint terms (i.e. thing we want to enforce): https://github.com/w3c/market-data-odrl-profile/blob/gh-pages/NewConstraintTerms.md
  4.  For new property terms (i.e. things we want to describe): https://github.com/w3c/market-data-odrl-profile/blob/gh-pages/NewPropertyTerms.md

You will need a GitHub account<https://github.com/signup?source=login> to write to these. Please send me your username and I'll give you write access.

If anyone wants a quick introduction to GitHub (and markdown<https://www.markdownguide.org/cheat-sheet/>) just ping me.
