Scheduling - meeting cancelled on the 18th

I hope everyone is having a good summer.

The chairs and editors have been reviewing the schedule and have decided to cancel next week’s meeting with a view to pushing ahead on completion of the document.

The plan is for the document to be made available for your scrutiny and review on Wednesday, the 25th, and we will use the planned meeting of the September 1st to review and approve it.

There will be an intervening editors meeting to discuss details of the plan for versioning which everyone is welcome to attend, likely on Monday, the 23rd.
