Not sure whether the teleconference time will be fixed for Friday May 17

I regret that it is looking doubtful whether the W3C admin will be able
to make the change in time for this week's call. The booking can be
seen at:

https://www.w3.org/Guide/1998/08/teleconference-calendar#s_5821

As Joelle noted this was set to:
> *UW_MBUI*
> Fridays11:00-12:00 UTC
> <http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=05&day=17&year=2013&hour=11&min=00&sec=0&p1=0>(7:00am-8:00am
> Boston local)
> Zakim Bridge+1.617.761.6200 <tel:+1.617.761.6200>, conference 6284
> ("MBUI")
> 14 participants
> Dave Raggett <dsr@w3.org>

which puts the start time at 13:00 CET not 12:00 CET as requested. I am
very much hoping that this will be fixed in time for tomorrow's call,
but can't be certain.

Sorry about this.
