My rough minutes from today's call can be found at: http://www.w3.org/wiki/MBUI_Telecon_2012_September_20 If any one took notes from last week's call, please add them to http://www.w3.org/wiki/index.php?title=MBUI_Telecon_2012_September_13&action=edit We are having interesting discussions on the AUI meta model, and to allow us to reach a consensus, we now need to come up with some use cases that can be used to illustrate the various approaches under consideration, as this will make it easier to evaluate them. This can be done in email, or if you prefer, you could put the explanations, the models and examples into the wiki. Davide noted that the AUI meta model needs to cover the full range of CUI that we anticipate. Can we list the core cases and the edge cases for that? I would be very interested to see a taxonomy of CUI features (for a range of platforms and modes of interaction) and how they map onto the AUI meta model. How do the various approaches impact ease of understanding by designers? How to the various approaches effect the transformation to the CUI? p.s. I am away for the next two weeks, so we need to find volunteers for scribing during the teleconferences. -- Dave Raggett <dsr@w3.org> http://www.w3.org/People/Raggett
