The plan is to start collecting information on prospective companies on the wiki, and to discuss what we need to do to get companies interested in implementing solutions using model-based UI design, and how to get feedback from them on the specifications and even better to convince them to join W3C and participate in driving the standards. This will be easier once we have stabilized the draft AUI specification and introduction to MBUI. We also need to write up examples showing how the meta-models can be applied to practical examples of UI design. Our success in gaining industry support will be a critical factor when it comes to extending the charter at the end of next year.
