Dear Team, I’m writing to sincerely apologize for my prolonged silence over the past months. The last year has been exceptionally turbulent for me both personally and professionally, with many unexpected changes that made it difficult to stay engaged. After honest reflection, I’ve decided it’s time for me to step back from Maturity Model Task Force. I do this with great regret and a heavy heart. I truly believe in what you’re all building together and I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to contribute the level of value I originally intended to deliver. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you! I’m grateful for the time we spent together and for everything I’ve learned along the way. It was always a pleasure to meet you online. Out of respect for the group, I don’t want to keep holding a spot that I can’t fully commit to. I wish you all success with this important project. Hopefully our paths will cross again in the future. Good luck to all of you, both in your work and in your personal lives! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything I can help you with in the future. And please let me know if you’re ever in Poland! Thank you once again and take care. Best regards, Darek Drezno
