Hi Jeff and all, On the Tally Page, the Knowledge and Skills, and "Oversight & Culture" both were referring to the wrong cell for "# of Optimize Complete Proofpoints" which caused the Data Visualization to report incorrect information. I have fixed this along with some color contrast issues; column widths and zoom levels all set to 100% for each sheet. I will create a PR to update the version of this excel spreadsheet that Jeff has improved, and I fixed the tally portion of it. Currently the only Accessibility issue says there is a color contrast issue with the Full Tally's Table, but this has to be in error because each cell in the table meets color contrast. I even went so far as made entire table Black text with No background and still it says the table has 1 color contrast issue. When I let it try to let the checker itself correct it with another color, it makes it worse. Might need to send this table to Microsoft to figure out what is going on unless one of you can figure it out. We have this excel spreadsheet in the root folder and under "drafts" folder Where would you like me to put it? In both places? Thanks Charles EOM ________________________________ From: Jeff Kline <jeffrey.l.kline@gmail.com> Sent: Wednesday, December 10, 2025 8:11 AM To: Maturity Model Task Force <public-maturity@w3.org> Subject: FW: Corrected MM Assessment Worksheet with a few Actions needed Resending… Regards, [A picture containing text, black, clock Description automatically generated]<http://strategicaccessibility.com/> Jeff@strategicaccessibility.com 5 1 2 . 4 2 6 . 9 7 7 9 From: Jeff Kline <jeffrey.l.kline@gmail.com> Date: Monday, December 8, 2025 at 12:12 PM To: Maturity Model Task Force <public-maturity@w3.org> Subject: Corrected MM Assessment Worksheet with a few Actions needed Please see the attached excel file. I was able to validate and correct the published version, mapping the Proof Points directly from the published version of the MM document into the attached excel file, and also checked it against the final sync file that we all worked on together, and which was used to do the editing of the sheet prior to publishing. There are still a few proof point discrepancies that I identified which are highlighted in pink and need to be resolved. Additionally, I made some reformatted edits the sheets from the published version: * Added in the paragraph numbers from the MM document to all the subsections of each dimension, and rendered them in reverse contrast making it easier to follow and reference back to document. * Moved the subcategory column to the 1st column for improved usability. Each subsection now contains a header line (reverse contrast) with the MM document paragraph number included, followed by proof points with the identical subcategory name, but without the paragraph numbers(consistent with the bulleted lists in the MM document) * Some PPs were reordered within the subsections to match the order in the MM document * I was unable to restore the color behavior that should appear in the Level, and Comments columns once a level selection has been made. Hopefully, Charles, the original creator of those formulas, can find some time to restore those very useful features. * Also, it might be prudent to double check to ensure that none of the calculation formulas were disturbed as I was doing a lot of C/P editing, inserting lines / columns, etc. I hope that we can get the remaining issues resolved quickly and the fully corrected version back up and available for download. I propose we discuss next meeting how much of the remaining issues / corrections need to be entered into github.
