When I click the invited expert ling you provided, I am denied access to that page:
“You do not have sufficient privileges to access the page that you requested: Access denied” But I can navigate to my profile.
Roy, nice catch on the “contract life cycle” phrase.
David, I propose we solve the “contract life cycle “ problem by substituting the word “procurement” for “contract” as that phrase is in the text (for the next publish?)

Two issues here, but not influencing publication, one is Sheri is not participant of APA WG, please join the Group in order to add you to the editors list, Invitied Expert role had approved last year, at: https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/apa/invited-experts/3575/.
The other one is there is no referenced in whole document for contract lifecycle, see: https://www.w3.org/TR/maturity-model/#dfn-contract-lifecycle
