RE: Survey Proposal

Agree with Mark’s suggestion.  Also in question 6, W3C tool is unclear.  The subgroup has always referred to the “tool” as an end state HTML entry form with the ability to save and involve multiple people.  We don’t have that yet; I think you are referring to the spreadsheet.
