Ok here is the updated Spreadsheet with Susana/Susi’s edits
As well as my updated formatting so all cells can be read, as well as the row/col locked so you can see what you are working on as you scroll up/down and left/right.

I added the decisions we took and edits we decided together and pending rewrite.

We agreed on the content of all the points moving forward but identified the need to rephrase it in a way that is more eloquent and in a less mandatory tone.
