TBH I thought the question that was being asked was "Where will users see this link?" not "What is the file name?" – hence the focus of my comments. Sorry for misunderstanding. Between Janina's and David's suggestions, the file name proposal is: "W3C-Maturity-Assessment.xlsx" Thumbs up from me. Content-wise for the link in the body content I'd suggest "Download the W3C Maturity Assessment" to align with that name. Thanks!
