Overview of Josh Github edits

Hi David,

Just to update you, I've had a closer look at the MM doc today. Many of 
Jakes comments look like they are already fixed in both the note, and 
the editors draft. I suggest they be closed.

If you need me to look again (or at something else) - please let me 
know.
