Re: New Editors Note for 2.4.1

Hi all, 

When I did the last check of publication process, I noticed there are some spreadsheets point to Google docs’ , such as, in the first sentence of section 3.2.2 [1], there is a link point to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fzPlHjHIaSQn9GvpJd86SDpV49U8Beg_iXj6K5aeyGg/edit#gid=1588739210 <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fzPlHjHIaSQn9GvpJd86SDpV49U8Beg_iXj6K5aeyGg/edit#gid=1588739210>, same issues happen in other section 3.*.2.

Janina pointed that is not right, so I will hold this publication, please let know when they are corrected.
