Re: Minutes: MathML semantics meeting Wed, 27 May

As discussed at the meeting it's possible to use MathJax math markup in 
the github pages documents and I've set that up: there are some quirks 
as the file is processed by Jekyll templating before being processed by 
markdown before being processed by MathJax JavaScript; and some 
characters notably `{` are handled specially and incompatibly at each 
stage:-)  However the accessibility document is working and I've put 
some notes in a separate document
