RE: Literate Computer Programming, Document Science and the Web

I opened a WICG discussion on these topics: https://discourse.wicg.io/t/proposal-code-regions/4009 . I hope that the XML and CSS examples can expand upon and clarify the ideas. Also, one could put MathML markup inside of the example code-element elements, for instance when making use of computer-algebraic or theorem-proving services.
