Thanks for the summary.

I've copied the resolution into the corresponding github issues.

I think there is basically nothing to change to the core spec, except
maybe the RelaxNG schema if it does not correspond to the text of the spec.

The rest of the decision affects the full spec, so I'll let someone else
take care of them.

MathML 4 does not mention any equivalent length values for these. Do we

I opened https://github.com/mathml-refresh/mathml/issues/76 but
honestly, I don't see how to solve this. Either we would have to break
backward compatibility or violate web engine rules. The two sounds very
bad but the latter worse to me.

In any case, Neil suggested we shouldn't spend too much time on the CSS
proposals if at the end the CSS WG is going to say it's not interesting.
So I already moved all the proposals to the css-drafts issue tracker.
