First off, welcome to the MathML Refresh Community Group! There is a lot of excitement about updating the spec and getting greater acceptance among the browser implementations. To start off with, we will have meetings every other week, but we need to choose a day and time for the meetings. I have created a doodle poll <https://doodle.com/poll/y6nd6hzkr7d8m2sd> in the hopes of finding a day and time that works for most people. Because of the geographic spread, some people will either need to get up early or participate after normal work hours. I apologize for that, but it is a sign there is interest in many different countries The poll is for a specific week, but ignore that (although that might be the first meeting). The goal is to choose a day and time. The same time block (7am - noon Pacific) is repeated for each day of the week. Please indicate your availability in general, not for the specific date (e.g., this isn't about a meeting on Feb 13, but about meeting on a Wednesday at that time). Based on who has responded by Monday, I'll pick the most popular day and time. I'll create a calendar entry that people can link to with connection details. Charles has generously agreed to allow us to use his zoom account. Zoom will generate transcripts within its speech recognition abilities (might not be great for tag names and math items...), so we don't need note takers although it is probably a good idea to summarize any action items or notable consensus items. I look forward to working with everyone in the weeks and months to come, Neil Soiffer
