Exactly. All the implementers are on the list there and they never came to this list, because they just didn't need. :) They seem to have agreement in between them. I think it could be fun to create a spec documenting exactly what is happening in implementations, and even more useful a test suite to help people create new implementations. :)

But it is not necessary here on the W3C list, that the activity will be fruitful… if the implementers are not here. :) Which is normal.
