Ball Rolling

During November we had 413 messages, 5 in December and nothing in January.
This group has the potential and interest to do a lot of work, but I think
it will require more commitment from those of us involved. We need to
establish what we've already completed the scope
<http://www.w3.org/community/markdown/wiki/Deliverables> & deliverables, we
need to start working on the actual deliverables themselves and gathering
interest.
