Some changes in place for RDFa Core PER

I made some changes.  They are checked in at
http://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/sources/rdfa-core/Overview-src.html

Remember that ctrl-alt-shift-S will bring up the menu so you can generate a
diff-marked version.

I am interested in publishing this spec using HTML5+ARIA+RDFa.
