OGC Testbed 14 Engineering report published

Hi,

Just received the final version of the OGC Testbed 14 MapML Engineering Report,

Please send any comments you may have to this list, as I'm sure others would be interested to discuss.

I believe a lot of progress was made on MapML during Testbed 14, and it is documented in this report.
