Program commitee calls

Hi Mike,

The program committee met again today and wanted to see if we can find
a time you can join us next Thursday.

Amelia will be making some contributions, ensure horizontal topics are
added to the scope before next W3M call. If concerns remain, perhaps
best to seek provisional approval pending final review from concerned
horizontal.

Peter also indicated NRC willing to sponsor and introduced him to Alan
which should help ensure net neutral cost. There are some ideas for
other potential sponsors and PC will help in that regard.
