To a reasonably degree, https://github.com/w3c/lws-protocol should only track code and issues about the LWS Protocol. Similarly, https://github.com/w3c/lws-ucs should focus solely on UCs. Issues such as: https://github.com/w3c/lws-protocol/issues/1 https://github.com/w3c/lws-protocol/issues/2 https://github.com/w3c/lws-protocol/issues/3 are generally admin tasks - typically handled by chairs - and are better suited for a separate repository.
