3 February 2022 LVTF Teleconference

I have updated the agenda on the wiki for this week's teleconference<https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/low-vision-a11y-tf/wiki/LVTF_Meetings>.  We will be covering Bhoomika's supplemental guidance proposal Alternative Themes<https://github.com/w3c/low-vision-a11y-tf/discussions/139>.  Bhoomika will not be able to attend the meeting, thus we would like to record the meeting because Bhoomika is lead editor of the Alternative Themes topic and she cannot make the meeting.  If there is any objection, we will not record the meeting. If you want the recording paused at any point, we can do that. The recording will go to Bhoomika only, will not be made public, and will be deleted when Bhoomika is done with it. (This meets W3C Process https://www.w3.org/2021/Process-20211102/#meeting-recording )

Please review the proposal in Github ahead of time and put any comments into the Github thread.  We will discuss each section on the call Thursday.
