Dismissible hover content

Hi everyone,

It would be useful to get your thoughts on this issue & comment:

There are some scenarios where using the keyboard (esc) to dismiss are difficult, and a suggestion for a better solution.

It might require some re-jigging of the SC text and/or understanding though.
