Most desktop and mobile operating systems allow users to set a wide variety
features that impact users with low vision. These include, but are not
limited to:


   - background color
   - font family, size, and color
   - screen brightness
   - magnification/zoom
   - mouse pointer size & color

Most desktop and mobile browsers allow users to set features that impact
users with low vision. These include, but are not limited to:

Mobile

   - force enable zoom
   - text scaling
   - simplified view
   - dark mode

Desktop

   - font characteristics
   - link characteristics
   - zoom control
   - Autofill forms

User Need - User settings:
Content picks up all relevant user settings from the Operating System and
applications, such as font characteristics, zoom settings, color settings,
etc.
