Re: Agenda: Low Vision Taskforce 6 June 2019

In the techniques document, I would suggest replacing the proposed "Using
CSS pre-wrap so that code examples in pre reflow" with the attached
technique. I think pre-wrap does not display well. (That's putting it
politely.)
