Oops -- we missed that most of this is already covered in SC 1.4.8 <https://www.w3.org/TR/2008/REC-WCAG20-20081211/#visual-audio-contrast-visual-presentation> and F88 <https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/F88.html>. So you don't need to comment on this draft specifically.
