   Deadline Sept 30. Please Distribute widely and take it yourself
   2. Techniques - Sticky Header/Footers
   https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/389. Please review, go to the bottom of
   the issue page and add +1 and submit.
   3. Write a technique  alone or in partnership with another member on a
   Low Vision SC. Pick from the list. Many have templates already started.
