Positive user quote for Content on Hover or Focus

I couldn't access the Google doc so I am posing my proposed user quote below

I use screen magnification software.  When additional content appears on hover but is outside of the magnified area, I am able to move my mouse pointer to the additional content and scroll the magnified area in order to read the persistent additional content.
