Testing for Text Spacing in WCAG 2.1

Laura,

Is it accurate for me to say..that a web page has successfully passed WCAG
2.1 if the following is true.

   1. Pull the web page up (in Firefox w default text settings) as a
   baseline
   2. Pull up the web page again (in Chrome w Stylish extension and add
this style by Laura Carlson’s style.

   3. Compare the two pages...and make sure there is no loss of content or
functionality on the page that has been Stylished.

Is that a valid way to test for compliance to 1.4.12 Text Spacing?
