Silver request - proposal testing with LV SC that did not make 2.1 (we
need to pick)

JS: Been working on Silver for past 18 months.
... successor to WCAG
... need examples of things that LVTF couldn’t get into 2.1 to inform Silver.
... looking at new ways of measuring.

JS: may have 2 categories: measurement and user agent
