Example of a page failing "Content on hover or focus"

Oh awesome and wonderful LVTF,

Do any of y'all have an example of a web page that is failing the WCAG 2.1
SC 1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus?

I want to include a real-life example of this failure and I'm not sure
where to find one.
