Wow! The reflow Understanding Doc is Great!

Dear LVTF,
First, I wish I could write so well.
Second, I think this covers everything very well. Developers can understand
what is needed, why and how to do it.
It is flexible enough to enable by in without placing the bar too high for
a development team.

For the group that worked on this I can only say thank you. Ya done good.
