We need to schedule a joint meeting on Personalization

Many of our requirements set up disability conflicts. Personalization
appears to be the way around this. The LVTF has been usurped by the AG
Thursday, so maybe we could meet at COGA time. However we do it we need to
discuss this. It is the missing piece of WCAG 2.0.

Question 1: Are there semanitc mappings that will support this at a level
that is compatible with 2.1?

Question 2: Can we scope this so that essential needs are met with some
acceptible level of awkwardness?

Question 3: Would element level and landmark level semantics be enough for
this go around? (Note: Most technologies have a thing like elements. I am
just using the SGML, HTML, XML terminology)
