I put together some potential failure examples for the proposed WCAG 2.1 SC
1.4.14 User Interface Component Contrast

Questions I'm wanting answers to.  After looking at this potential failure
examples, are you still thinking that we need to require a 3 to 1 color
contrast ratio on thick lines and a 4.5 to 1 color contrast ratio on thin
lines?

Since I don't technically have low vision (from a legal definition
standpoint)...I don't want to even attempt to make this call.  That is
where y'all come in!
