Dear Jim, Ranking these is like ranking 1.1.1 Text Alternative, 1.3.2 Info and Relationships and 2.2.2 Keyboard Access. Without any one of these access for blindness is dead. But that being said, I didn't see the survey and missed it and would like to comment.
