Testing Tool for Font Adaptation

This tool measures the effects of changing font family, letter spacing,
word spacing and font size.

Faults:
1. it is slow. I need to add a fast search.
2. It may not handle some traditional CJK fonts
3. It is clumsy. Your must refresh the page to rerun, but it will remember
your settings.

Here is some sample output. it compares Tahoma with modified spacing to
normal Verdana.
