1. Take a look at wording. Does this solve the mechanism problem. 2. Te techniques come from 1.3.1. Access to change font-fmily, spacing, color (back and fore) and box model access were all not understood as important at the time of WCAG 2.0. The WCAG WG did not understand that alternative visual semantics should have been an side effect of 1.3.1, because they are necessary for compromised visual perception. 3. I am thinking that unlike reflow much of this can be changed with CSS. 4. This is a template for spacing, box model and color. Please dig in. Wayne
