Looks good, one minor thing would be that I *think* it needs to be "and" at the end of the first point? "1. essential graphical objects for user interface component(s) or its border line, and 2. the focus and selection indicator(s) of user interface component(s), have a contrast ratio..." Otherwise you could do point one OR point two, not necessarily both. Also not sure if we need a "thereof"? I think WCAG uses 'its' in the possessive meaning in places.
