Hi Jim and all, I updated the Ability to Override Wiki page [1] with what we discussed on the call today [2]. I plugged in Wayne's recommendation of 0.03em for character spacing and 0.07em for word spacing per his research. And changed "white on black" to "foreground and background to a single different foreground color and a single different background color" per Wayne, Scott, and Glenda's recommendation. White on black is still in the testability section. For changes check: https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/low-vision-a11y-tf/wiki/index.php?title=Ability_to_Override&diff=2851&oldid=2798 Unless we have further updates, I think it should be ready for issue 78 [3]. Thanks everyone!
